Start where you got stuck

1. Open the global booking link from the organizer’s official notice and compare it with your old bookmark.
2. If you are already in a queue, check the show’s queue rules before opening more windows or devices.
3. If it persists, send the time, show name and error text to official support. Do not attach passport or card details unless the official verification process asks for them.

We have not verified the cause of NOL’s 403 errors or a guaranteed fix.

1. First check accepted IDs and the domestic/global seller in the show notice. TXT’s global page requires passport verification and does not support Korean passports.
2. Compare the account, booker and attendee names with the official rules. Ask the seller how to correct a name.
3. Fan-club membership does not replace the show’s presale verification. Check its verification window separately.

We have not verified fixes for scan or selfie failures. Complete verification on the seller’s site.

1. Use the Global or English link in the official show notice. Changing the display language alone may not switch the ticket seller.
2. NOL’s terms allow phone-number or real-name checks. That does not establish that every booking needs a Korean number.
3. Check whether your country code is available, note the error, and ask official support. Do not enter someone else’s number without authorization.

We have not verified a universal rule that a Korean number is always required or never required.

1. Before paying again, check for an order in your booking history and an authorization or pending charge with your card issuer.
2. NOL’s terms require your own payment method and accurate payment information. Check the name and entered details.
3. Ask the issuer about the decline and the seller about the order. Check international-payment and authentication settings with the issuer.

We have not verified all accepted card brands or issuer-specific decline reasons. Repeated attempts do not guarantee success.

1. TXT’s general booking instructions use mobile tickets. The separate wheelchair-seat instructions mention telephone booking and venue collection.
2. TXT requires ID checks and a wristband. Check which Face Pass or IN-PASS procedure applies to your booking.
3. Check the latest entry time, queue route and accepted IDs for your show and section. Do not post ticket QR codes or numbers in public questions.

Do not apply TXT’s entry rules to another show.

1. Select the show’s day type and check the departure station and destination. Olympic Park has separate Line 5 and Line 9 timetables.
2. Check that the train reaches your destination and that transfers still run. The station’s last departure may stop short of where you need to go.
3. If the show’s end time is unannounced, you cannot confirm that you will catch the last train. Plan a fallback before the show.
